Kottakuppam is a small tiny village where approximately 20,000 muslim inhabitants live. There are five small masjids and one jumma masjid in the surround, mostly governed by the people who follows the Imams and Forefathers and inclined to Shirk (worship at grave of elders) and follows all new innovations of the imams.
There is a necessity to build a masjid in this village for worshiping in the way of sunna and quran.Tamilnadu Thowheed Jamath(TNTJ) is an organisation having dawa centres all over Tamilnadu and works for the eradication of all new innovations in Islam which contradicts with sunna and quran.
In this village also this organisation is having a markaz (dawa centre) and under its supervision, a small masjid is being built.The financial source for this organisation is only from the public(faithful beleivers of islam) who follows sunna and quran.The masjid is under construction (see photoes) and neeeds financial assistance as follows:
Total estimate for construction = Rs.30,00,000
As built now, spent = Rs.15,00,000
Balance required amount is Rs.15,00,000/- approximately.
